However, research made by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors shows that the tangled issue of the trade tariffs has had an impact on markets in the Asia-Pacific region.
The change in the United Kingdom’s premiership in the midst of a prolonged discussion on Brexit is the factor that has led to more caution in Europe. Simon Rubinsohn, chief economist with RICS, discusses these shifts in perception and names the main risks for commercial real estate going forward. He also lists markets presenting opportunities going into 2020.
