The overall conversation on investor and occupier sentiment in global markets in the second quarter of 2019 was still a positive one, according to the latest Global Commercial Property Monitor. However, research made by the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors shows that the tangled issue of the trade tariffs has had an impact on markets in the Asia-Pacific region.

The change in the United Kingdom’s premiership in the midst of a prolonged discussion on Brexit is the factor that has led to more caution in Europe.
