Angi Davis to Lead Urban Villages’ Revitalization of Historic Pioneer Square
A seasoned Seattle real estate professional, Davis will oversee the redevelopment of three buildings.
Seattle—Urban Villages Inc. announced the addition of commercial real estate professional, Angi Davis. Previously, she served as a senior executive at Nitze-Stagen & Co. Inc. in Seattle, where she was responsible for real estate, asset and property management; development and leasing.
Bringing a wealth of experience in real estate, brokerage and construction, Davis has led numerous high-profile and multi-million dollar projects. Among those developments are Merrill Place in Pioneer Square and Starbucks’ world headquarters at Starbucks Center.
Davis will serve as the project manager in Urban Villages’ Pioneer Square revitalization, which includes rehabilitating three buildings–Manufacturer’s Building at 419 Occidental Ave., the Westland Building at 100 S. King St. and the former Schoenfeld Furniture building at 115 S. Jackson St. With Davis’ guidance, Urban Villages plans to transform a full city block into one of Seattle’s most compelling destinations.
