Ansley Atlanta Real Estate Relocates HQ to Buckhead

Ansley Atlanta Real Estate, a residential real estate company, will be relocating its headquarters to the Buckhead Atlanta retail and office development. The relocation will not only double the company’s physical footprint, but also enlarge the firm’s agent staff. John Thornton and Sam Holmes of CBRE represented Ansley Atlanta Real Estate in the leasing process.

Relocating from 55 Peachtree Park Drive, Buckhead will enable Ansley to occupy a high-profile space and allow for the company’s rapid growth, supporting 82 agents. Additionally, company officials have reported that, as Ansley’s location expands, so does the range of products. Since the company’s inception, leaders of the firm supported by the addition of Ansley Development Services, have specialized in high-end luxury homes and condos. The firm also benefited from the creation of a technologically-advanced company platform.
