Arbor Adds Senior VP to Dallas Team

Dallas—Arbor Realty Trust Inc., a New York-based real estate investment trust, has announced the appointment of Brad Casey as senior vice president & chief underwriter. Based in Dallas, Casey will report to John Caulfield, COO with Arbor.

In working with the company, which focuses on loan origination and servicing for multifamily and commercial real estate assets, Casey will oversee the growth and expansion of Arbor’s market share through high quality loan production, according to Caulfield.

Prior to joining Arbor, Casey served as vice president & deputy chief underwriter with PNC Real Estate, and has worked for ARCS Commercial Mortgage Co.—a leading Fannie Mae DUS lender for several years. Casey also has a track record with Washington Mutual and Orix Capital Markets.

Casey is a graduate of the Master of Science degree program in land development at Texas A&M University, and holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in finance and economics from Stephen F. Austin State University.
