Ashley Capital Expands WI Industrial Campus
The firm has broken ground on the second building at Enterprise Business Park in Sturtevant. The property is slated for completion by late 2019 and is available for preleasing.
Ashley Capital has begun construction of a new industrial building at Enterprise Business Park in Sturtevant, Wis., marking the second asset to be built at the property. The new building will bring the firm’s industrial asset portfolio in Racine County to more than 1.5 million square feet.
Located at 11201 Enterprise Way, the 438,000-square-foot building is scheduled to be completed in late 2019 and is available for preleasing. Upon completion, the building will accommodate tenants ranging from 42,000 to 438,000 square feet. Features will include 36-foot clear heights, built-to-suit office space, ample loading, LED lighting, a cross-dock configuration, and trailer and car parking.
Years ago, Ashley Capital acquired 90 acres of farm land that the company entitled and master-planned as a business park. The first building comprises 376,000 square feet and is leased to four tenants. There are two remaining lots in the park that will be used for either speculative or build-to-suit construction, according to Gary Rosecrans, vice president of Ashley Capital. Once Enterprise Business Park is fully built out, the property will comprise more than 1.3 million square feet.
John Sharpe and Tom Boyle of Lee & Associates, along with Terry McMahon and Cody Ziegler of Cushman & Wakefield | Boerke are serving as the marketing agents for the asset.
