Atlanta-Based Trimont Appoints New COO
Andy Kroll's track record includes two decades of expertise in commercial real estate.

Atlanta—Financial services company Trimont Real Estate Advisors has recently appointed Andy Kroll as chief operating officer. Kroll will be in charge of strategy, planning and operations, along with process improvement and project management.
Prior to his new role at Trimont, Kroll occupied several positions at SunTrust Bank, including COO, head of asset management and head of dispositions. His professional track record of more than 20 years also includes working in Wachovia Bank’s CMBS and REIT lending groups and being the project engineer for a major regional commercial developer, managing various real estate projects.
Kroll is a University of Georgia graduate, holding an MBA in finance. He also holds a BS degree in mechanical engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
Atlanta-headquartered Trimont Real Estate Advisors was founded in 1988. The company is also present in Dallas, Los Angeles and New York, as well as Amsterdam and London.
