Attain Expands NoVa Lease
The company will occupy more than 42,000 of the 305,000-square-foot trophy tower.

Washington—Consulting firm Attain has expanded its lease at 1600 Tysons Blvd. in Tysons, Va. The company will occupy more than 42,000 square feet in the trophy tower located within Tysons II, a master-planned development created by Lerner Enterprises.
The LEED Silver, 13-story, 305,000-square-foot building offers a concierge service, 24-hour security, a fitness center, onsite cafe and 1,068 covered parking spaces, as well as pedestrian walkway connecting to other properties. The building is located two blocks from Tysons Corner Metro Station. Tysons II features the Tysons Galleria, a premier luxury shopping mall; five office towers; a number of signature dining options and The Ritz-Carlton Hotel.
Brian Tucker and John Dragelin of JLL represented the owner, while Steven Ranck and Jay Farmer, of JLL as well, represented Attain.
