Avison Young Boston Adds New Principal
Industry veteran Bill Crean will focus on office tenant and landlord representation. He most recently served CBRE\New England as senior vice president.
With more than two decades of commercial real estate experience, Bill Crean has joined Avison Young Boston. As principal, Crean will focus on office tenant and landlord representation in Greater Boston. Most recently, he was senior vice president & partner with CBRE/New England.
Since 2007, Crean has closed more than 400 transactions totaling roughly $1 billion, representing properties comprising 5.7 million square feet of agency assignments in Boston. Furthermore, he has advised several Fortune 500 companies as well as InsightSquared, Alzheimer’s Association, M33 Growth and General Assembly.
“Bill will play a leading role as we continue to broaden the Avison Young footprint throughout Boston. He will provide our firm with a wealth of market knowledge fostered throughout 20-plus years of hands-on experience,” said Michael Smith, Avison Young principal & managing director of the firm’s New England region, in prepared remarks.
Crean is a board member of Fairfield University Alumni Association and vice president of the Hingham Sports Partnership. He holds a B.A. in political science from Fairfield University.
