Holmdel, N.J.—iCIMS, a human resources recruitment software provider, has selected the Avison Young project management team in Morristown, N.J., to spearhead the company’s move into a new office facility at 101 Crawfords Corner Road in Holmdel, N.J. Known as Bell Works, the six-story mixed-use center features 1,182,000 square feet of office space. Earlier in July, iCIMS signed a lease to occupy 340,000 square feet at Bell Works. The relocation is scheduled to begin in the summer of 2017.
The Avison Young team hired to handle the assignment includes Edward Walsh, principal & managing director, along with Tracey Kasper, vice president, and Lisa Lyng, senior manager. Working alongside two vendors on the project, IA Interior Architects and AMA Consulting Engineers, the Avison Young team will provide project management services such as hiring consultants, overall design and construction, office furniture selection, relocation coordination and budget management.
“We are delighted to have been chosen by iCIMS, a world-class corporation, to manage the renovation work and relocation to the Bell Works building in Holmdel,” Walsh said in a prepared statement. “At this redesigned building, iCIMS will be the anchor tenant at a facility long known for groundbreaking achievements,” he added.
Bell Works comprises offices, retail shops, restaurants, medical and professional services, day care, a sports complex and a gym. Somerset Development invested about $200 million to redevelop the property, which formerly hosted the Bell Labs campus.
