Bellomy & Co. has arranged the sale of Scotsman Self Storage, a 44,500-net-rentable-square-foot asset in Huntsville, Texas. The firm worked on behalf of the Huntsville-based seller and represented the buyer, an investor based in College Station, Texas.
Situated at 1956 Quality Blvd., the facility is near Interstate 45 and Freeway 19, around 70 miles North of downtown Houston. The storage is also easily accessible from the nearby cities such as Arizona, Phelps and Dodge. Additionally, Scotsman Self Storage is in Huntsville’s business district, which is roughly 2 miles from the Huntsville Municipal Airport.
Scotsman Self Storage sits on three separate parcels totaling 4.9 acres and encompasses 495 units, ranging from 25 to 200 square feet. The asset features climate- and non-climate-controlled storage units and outdoor RV parking spaces. Other characteristics include fenced and gated entry, security cameras, online payment options, 24-hour access and moving supplies.
Bellomy & Co.’s brokerage team included Principals Bill Bellomy and Michael Johnson. Earlier this year, the company represented Copra Holdings in another Houston-area storage deal.
