Bellomy & Co. Facilitates Houston-Area Transaction
The company has brokered the sale of a 465-unit self-storage facility located in The Woodlands, Texas. The brokerage team represented the seller and procured the buyer in the deal.

Bellomy & Co. has arranged the sale of Affordable Self Storage, a Class A 90,800-net-rentable-square-foot facility in The Woodlands, Texas. The buyer, a Houston-based private investor, received $5.9 million in financing for the acquisition, according to Yardi Matrix. Bellomy & Co. represented the seller, based in The Woodlands, and procured the buyer.
Located at 1626 Sawdust Road, the facility is just off Interstate 45, nearly 30 miles from downtown Houston. Approximately 162,844 people live within a five-mile radius, with an average income of about $89,000. Built in 1997, the seven-building facility occupies 4.9 acres and comprises 465 climate- and non-climate-controlled units. The property, which also includes fully-enclosed boat and RV units, features a gate, drive-up access, 24-hour access and on-site management. After the acquisition, the property was rebranded as Sawdust Road Self Storage, Yardi Matrix data shows.
Bellomy & Co.’s brokerage team included Bill Bellomy and Michael Johnson. The team has recently arranged the sale of a 198-unit storage facility in Wichita Falls, Texas.
