Bellomy & Co. has arranged the sale of Hot Shots Storage, a 21,950-net-rentable-square-foot facility in Wichita Falls, Texas. The firm worked on behalf of the buyer, based in Dallas, while Chris Storm of Henry S. Miller represented the seller, a local investor.
Located at 1602 Loop 11, the facility is just off the intersection of Interstate 44 and freeways 325 and 287. The facility is also positioned approximately seven miles from Midwestern State University. According to List Self Storage, the facility was constructed in 2009 and comprises 198 climate- and non-climate-controlled units as well as outdoor parking spaces.
“This was a win-win transaction for all parties involved with the local seller selling a self-storage facility he developed to a Dallas, Texas-based buyer expanding their portfolio in North Texas,” Michael Johnson of Bellomy & Co. told Commercial Property Executive.
Bellomy & Co.’s brokerage team included Johnson, Bill Bellomy and John Arnold. In April, the company also brokered the $11.6 million sale of an 802-unit storage facility in Nebraska.
