Boston Office Complex Welcomes New Tenant
Salsify Inc. announced its relocation from 3 Center Plaza to Rockpoint Group's two-building 75-101 Federal St. property to accommodate its growth.

Rockpoint Group has signed a 53,912-square-foot lease with Salsify Inc. at one of its premier office towers in Boston. The startup company is relocating from 3 Center Plaza, where it currently occupies 30,000 square feet, due to its expansion and subsequent need for additional space.
The 561,542-square-foot asset spreads across 31 floors at 101 Federal St. and is part of the two-building, 826,338-square-foot 75-101 Federal St. (“75-101″) complex. The other building is the adjoined 75 Federal St. Amenities include:
- Cycling studio
- Café
- 10,000-square-foot fitness center
- Newsstand/sundry shop
- Large floor plates
- Flexible workspace
- A 196-space valet parking garage
The complex is located close to retailers, eateries, banks and Post Office Square. Boston’s busiest transit hub, South Station, is a few blocks away.
A Newmark Knight Frank team of Executive Managing Director David Martel, Senior Managing Director Tim Bianchi and Managing Director Alison Cavanaugh brokered the lease on behalf of the landlord. CBRE Senior Vice President Charles Kavoogian represented the tenant in the transaction.
