Brennan Investment Group Hires New Senior VP
Brian Roach will join the company as the new senior vice president of acquisitions, responsible for Denver, Salt Lake City and Kansas City.
Chicago—Brennan Investment Group, a Chicago-based national real estate investment firm, recently announced the appointment of Brian Roach as senior vice president of acquisitions. In his new role, Roach will oversee all operational activities in Denver, Salt Lake City and Kansas City, including management and leasing. He will also be responsible for acquisition and development of industrial properties within his region.
Roach brings approximately 25 years of experience in commercial real estate, particularly in capital deployment and asset management, to his new position. Prior to joining the company, he served as senior managing director for the industrial development platform at the Pauls Corporation in Denver. Roach also worked for DCT Industrial Trust as senior vice president, where he was responsible for all capital deployment in the Chicago market. During his tenure, he handled approximately $400 million of industrial real estate.
Brian Roach holds a Bachelor of Science in Accountancy from University of Illinois.
