Brian Arnold Joins Coldwell Banker in the Carolinas

Columbia, S.C.—Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage has announced the appointment of Brian Arnold as senior marketing manager for the Carolinas. Arnold will be based in Columbia, S.C., and his main responsibility will be to manage marketing for the company’s Charleston and Charlotte operations.

Prior to his marketing real estate career, Arnold worked in the entertainment industry as an actor, writer and director. One of the milestones in Brian’s career was the role he played in the combining of Russel & Jeffcoat and Coldwell Banker United under Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in June.

“Brian’s wealth of marketing knowledge and influence within the marketplace is important to our continued growth in the Carolinas,” Pauline Bennett, president of Coldwell Banker, said in a prepared statement.

Arnold has already assumed his new role and will work alongside Marketing Manager Brandi Moreton and Marketing Specialist Cherie Arnold. His responsibilities will include supervising the advertising, social media, special events, agent design services and corporate branding operations, all of which he has previously done as vice president of marketing for Russell & Jeffcoat.

“My background in media and entertainment has given me a different perspective, and helps me create innovative ways to market properties to buyers and sellers,” Arnold said in prepared remarks. “I look forward to continuing to build our presence as Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in the Carolinas.”
