Bridal Shop Opens 1st New Jersey Store

Brides by Young has leased a little more than 5,600 square feet at Shops at Liberty Plaza, a retail property in Rochelle Park, N.J. Cushman & Wakefield’s David Townes and Alana Friedman represented landlord Alesso Holding Co. in the deal. In another recent transaction, the brokerage company also arranged the sale of a 115,000-square-foot office building in the New Jersey area on behalf of the seller. 

Located at 162 State Route 17, Shops at Liberty Plaza provides direct access from Route 17 and benefits from a traffic count of more than 121,000 vehicles per day. Several other specialty retailers such as 7-Eleven, The Home Depot, Walmart, Staples and Rochelle Park Swim Club are also nearby.  

This store is the company’s third dedicated bridal salon and its first in New Jersey. Brides by Young joined Starbucks as a co-tenant, bringing the commercial space to full occupancy.
