Broadstone Net Lease (BNL), a subsidiary of Broadstone Real Estate LLC, has named Greg Lang and Sean Hostert as its newest vice presidents of acquisitions of its commercial division. Based in the firm’s Phoenix office, they will work closely with brokers and sellers to identify, analyze and acquire single-tenant commercial real estate assets.
“Both Greg and Sean have excellent experience in investment real estate and they will play key roles in sourcing and closing deals as the REIT continues to scale,” BNL CEO Chris Czarnecki said in a prepared statement.
Prior to joining the firm, Lang has served as vice president of investments at Colony Starwood Homes. From 2013 to 2017, he was STORE Capital’s managing director of acquisitions. He also held underwriter and analyst positions at STORE Capital and Lincoln Property Co., respectively. Lang holds a B.S. in management with a minor in economics and a certificate in small business and entrepreneurship from W.P. Carey School of Business at Arizona State University.
