Büro Expands, Opens Miami-Area Coworking Space
The sixth location of the coworking company is a newly renovated 16,000-square-foot space located in historic downtown Hollywood. The building can accommodate more than 50 companies.
Büro Group has opened Büro Hollywood, a new coworking space in Hollywood, Fla. The recently renovated 16,000-square-foot building is the sixth location for the workspace operator and its first outside Miami-Dade County. According to The Real Deal, Büro partnered with Hanoy Holdings Ltd. Inc. in 2017 and purchased the asset for $1.2 million from the Hollywood Community Redevelopment Agency.
Located at 2031 Harrison St., two blocks west from Young Circle Park, the coworking space is in the heart of historic downtown Hollywood, now a creative hub hosting many restaurants, shops and cafes. Interstate 95 is 1.2 miles west of the property and Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood International Airport is within a 20-minute drive.
Büro Hollywood is a three-story building featuring private suites and open workspaces for independent professionals and teams of various sizes. Members also benefit from amenities and services such as meeting spaces, lounge areas, monthly workshops and exclusive discounts at local restaurants and shops. The coworking space, which can accommodate more than 50 companies, already has more than a dozen clients.
When it comes to coworking, South Florida is blooming. During the last month alone, Quest Workspaces opened their fifth Miami location, while Spaces expanded in the Miami CBD and in Miami Beach.
