Choice Hotels International Inc., Pearl Properties and Concord Hospitality Enterprises Co. topped off the Cambria Hotel Philadelphia. Located in the heart of downtown, the building was designed by DAS Architects Inc. and will be managed by Concord.

Situated at 219 S. Broad St., the 15-story, 223-key hotel will open in the first quarter of 2018. The Cambria will offer a grab-and-go food station, a 3,000-square-foot rooftop bar, a restaurant with an outdoor terrace on the second floor, 2,500 square feet of meeting space, a business center and a fitness center. The hotel is within walking distance from the Kimmel Center, City Hall, Rittenhouse Square Park, Reading Terminal Market, One Liberty Observation Deck and Pennsylvania Convention Center. In addition to outside attractions, guests will have access to the Septa station right outside the hotel doors.

“Today is an exciting day as it marks a milestone moment in the advancement of the Cambria Philadelphia construction,” said Jim Pearlstein, founder & president of Pearl Properties, in prepared remarks. “We cannot wait for the property doors to open so that we can show everyone what it means to be in the epicenter of Philadelphia and provide guests on business and leisure with another lodging option.”
