Canopy by Hilton Tops Off Portland Pearl District Hotel
The 10-story development includes 153 guest rooms, 2,800 square feet of event space and Canopy-signature amenities. This hotel marks the second Canopy by Hilton in Portland.

PM Hotel Group together with developer The Buccini/Pollin Group completed topping off the newest Canopy by Hilton in the Pearl District neighborhood of Portland, Ore. The 153-key hotel is scheduled to open in early 2018.
Canopy-signature amenities
Located at 425 NW Ninth Ave., the 10-story development sits on a block site that was previously occupied by a single-story warehouse building built in 1938 and owned by Menashe Properties. Hotel amenities include 2,800 square feet of event space, Canopy Retreat quiet area within Canopy Central, Business Zone work area and a rooftop fitness center. Additionally, free Wi-Fi, a 55-inch TV, refrigerated drawer, Nespresso machine, tea kettle, plush bathrobes and Canopy Bed with gel memory will be available in each room.
“The Portland Pearl District marks our second hotel flying the Canopy by Hilton flag, a brand designed to appeal to upscale business and leisure travelers who seek experiential stays in great neighborhoods with access to local food, entertainment and shopping,” Dave Pollin, BPG co-founder, said in a statement.
