CBRE Adds Experts to South Florida Team
The company expanded its capital markets debt and structured finance group with a new senior vice president, two vice presidents and a senior production analyst.
CBRE has added Senior Vice President Eric Fixler, Vice Presidents Joe Landsberg and Austin Levine, as well as Senior Production Analyst Andrew Hagaman, to its capital markets debt and structured finance group in South Florida. All four come from Marcus & Millichap, where they contributed to the closing of more than $2.5 billion of capital markets transactions.
Eric Fixler brings more than 17 years of commercial real estate experience to his role. Between 2015 and 2019, he served as senior director and first vice president, respectively, at Marcus & Millichap. He also held senior vice president and managing director roles at Walker & Dunlop and its precursor company, Johnson Capital. Before founding EF Capital in 2008, Fixler was part of Meridian Capital Group’s real estate finance group. He holds a B.A. in economics from Yeshiva University. Before joining CBRE, Hagaman worked as senior financial analyst at Marcus & Millichap, as well as investment associate at Silverback Capital Investments.
Prior to joining CBRE, Joe Landsberg and Austin Levine served as associate directors at Marcus & Millichap. Landsberg was also vice president at Meridian Capital Group and investor relations and real estate consultant at Foxtons. He received a B.A. in business management from Middlesex University, while Levine was named Fort Lauderdale Rookie of the Year in 2018.
CBRE expanded considerably its South Florida team this year, adding three members last March.
