Kerry Middleton, associate, CBRE Chicago
Chicago—Real estate and investment firm CBRE recently announced the recruitment of leasing and marketing expert Kerry Middleton. She will serve in advisory and transaction services, working with the CBRE Chicago investor team.
Middleton’s professional track record includes expertise in leasing and asset management. Prior to joining CBRE, she worked as leasing associate for The John Buck Company, where she was in charge of leasing and marketing downtown Chicago commercial assets.
Middleton also worked for U.S. Equities Realty as assistant property manager, marketing and managing several assets, including 600 West Fulton and MetraMarket.
She holds a Bachelor in Science degree in business management and marketing from Northwest Missouri State University.
