CBRE Assembles New Investor Leasing Leadership Team
Scott Marshall, Adam Mullen and Chris Zubel have been promoted to key roles in the company.
Los Angeles—CBRE has recently announced the promotion of Scott Marshall as executive managing director of Investor Leasing, while Adam Mullen has been appointed to succeed him as leader of the company’s Industrial and Logistics business. Additionally, Chris Zubel has been named to assist Marshall and Mullen as the manager of CBRE’s Industrial and Logistics Investor Leasing branch in the Americas.
Having joined the company in 2011, Marshall will oversee its leasing work across all asset types. His responsibilities include the growth strategy, operating platform and client-care programs. A a 20-year commercial real estate veteran, Marshall was previously in charge of running the firm’s Chicago operations as a managing director.
“We are looking forward to bringing Scott’s enthusiastic leadership and client-centric approach to our investor-focused leasing activities for all property types,” CBRE Americas CEO Jack Durburg said in prepared remarks. “As a successor to Scott, Adam brings deep knowledge of our Industrial and Logistics capabilities, people and platform – as well as exceptional client relationships – to his new role. He is well-positioned to help us guide our clients’ growth in the industrial sector.”
The Atlanta-based Mullen has 12 years of experience under his belt. He has been part of the CBRE team since 2014 and now supports roughly 800 professionals in the Americas as senior managing director of Industrial and Logistics.
As part of the same leadership team, Zubel will be in charge of the growth strategy, operating platform and client care programs. He joined the company in 2003 and will continue to hold his position as managing director for CBRE’s Industrial and Logistics practice in Chicago.
