CBRE Expands Project Management Team

Coming from JLL, Jim Dobleske brings more than 20 years of experience in superior service delivery and strategic management. He will be based in CBRE’s Charlotte office.

Jim Dobleske will be joining CBRE’s office in Charlotte, N.C. The company has added Dobleske as global president of Project Management. He will begin work mid-July and will drive CBRE’s project management growth strategy.

Dobleske joins the firm from JLL, bringing more than 24 years of experience in superior service delivery and strategic management. At JLL, he served as international director for more than 17 years. There, he established and drove the sales and solution strategy globally for the company’s corporate clients and provided overall leadership to the firm’s Global Project Management services line. Prior to joining JLL, Dobleske worked at Ford Motor Co. for 11 years.

Dobleske holds an MBA from the University of North Texas and a bachelor’s degree from Grand Valley State University. Last month, CBRE expanded its Cleveland team with the addition of Jeremy Bates as vice president of the company’s retail team.
