CBRE Expands Its Seattle Team

Seattle—CBRE announced that it has expanded its Seattle-area retail leasing team. Scott Blankenship joined the company as senior vice president along with Senior Associate Kathleen Taylor. They will oversee the current retails and leasing platform under the leadership of CBRE’s Senior Managing Director, John Miller.

Blankenship brings more than 26 years of experience in commercial real estate, specializing in tenant and landlord representation concentrating on retail/office leasing and investment sales. He served as a president of the Brokerage Division of Wallace Properties Inc. and founded Cascade Commercial Properties LLC.

Taylor has more than 20 years of experience in real estate and finance serving as an associate broker at Wallace Properties Inc. since 2012. She specializes in retail leasing and has experience in both landlord and tenant representation.

Prior to joining CBRE’s team, Blankenship and Taylor worked with both retailers and property investors, representing numerous national and global clients and handling leasing at many shopping centers from development to completion.
