CBRE Strengthens Tampa Office Leasing Team
K.C. Tenukas and Ryan Reynolds have a combined experience of more than 20 years. They both have joined CBRE from Cushman & Wakefield.
CBRE has appointed K.C. Tenukas and Ryan Reynolds as senior vice presidents of the office leasing team in Tampa, Fla. Both are making the transition from Cushman & Wakefield’s Tampa office, where they held executive positions.
K.C. Tenukas served as senior director, representing office users and investors. He has more than 13 years of experience in the Tampa Bay market. Along with tenant representation, Tenukas instrumented lease transactions involving Class A office buildings, build-to-suit and mixed-use developments as well as advisory services to real estate investment groups. He has closed deals surpassing 5.5 million square feet since 2005.
Reynolds started his real estate career at CBRE and returned after nine years. Prior to his return, he held a vice president role at Cushman & Wakefield, specializing in tenant and landlord representation and advising investors on office acquisitions. Since 2010, Reynolds has spearheaded lease and sale transactions exceeding 4 million square feet on behalf of local and national clients.
“They have a remarkable track record and more than 20 years of combined commercial real estate experience,” Mike DiBlasi, CBRE managing director, said in a prepared statement.
Last month, CBRE added another senior vice president in Austin. Marc Vanderslice joined the company from Colliers International.
