CBRE is planning to implement its Workplace360 program at a new 25,735-square-foot office located in Randor, Pa., where the company will move its Wayne, Pa. employees at the beginning of February 2018. CBRE’s Scott Miller, Rija Beares, James Kelley and Michaela Malloy represented the firm in the transaction, while Darrell Schuler and Brian Helminski will be responsible with the implementation of Workplace360.
The property is located at 555 E. Lancaster Ave., less than half a mile away from the Blue Route and less than two miles away from the Schuylkill Expressway.
Workplace360 represents a new way of working designed to increase collaboration and improve productivity by splitting the typical workdays between interacting with others and working autonomously. The program features a free address and paperless environment with no assigned workstations. CBRE introduced the initiative in 2013, when the company opened its new global headquarters in downtown Los Angeles. It has since opened more than 35 offices around the world, in locations such as Cleveland, Boston, Amsterdam, Hong Kong, Sydney and Tokyo.
Moving our suburban Wayne professionals into this new office will allow them to better interact and collaborate in an amazing workplace environment, said Robert Walters, executive managing director, in a prepared statement.
