CBRE to Lease Upgraded Miami Office Building

The team of Maggie Kurtz, Diana Parker, Kevin Gonzalez and Jason Krieger will lead marketing efforts at 777 Brickell on behalf of the landlord, Alliance RE Holding.

Alliance RE Holding has selected CBRE as the exclusive leasing advisor for a 288,485-square-foot, Class A office building in Miami. The team of Senior Vice Presidents Maggie Kurtz and Diana Parker, alongside Senior Associate Kevin Gonzalez and Associate Jason Krieger will spearhead leasing efforts at the property.

Refurbished common areas

The 13-story building at 777 Brickell Ave. sits at the intersection of Brickell Avenue and Southeast 8th Street. The property is ENERGY STAR rated and recently underwent renovations to the common areas, elevators and garage. Amenities include 24-hour security and on-site property management services, with floor plates ranging from 1,203 square feet to 20,061 square feet.

“777 Brickell offers a professional boutique office building, giving tenants the opportunity to be in the heart of Miami’s Central Business District and in one of the four waterfront sites on Brickell Avenue,” Kurtz said in prepared remarks.

The property sits across from Brickell City Center and is within walking distance of Mary Brickell Village, downtown Miami, several five-star hotels, restaurants and shopping venues. The location provides access to South Florida’s major thoroughfares and numerous residential neighborhoods.

In December 2017, Banyan Street Capital retained the CBRE team to lease 9350 Financial Center, a 105,000-square-foot office tower in Miami. The real estate investment firm acquired the asset for $33 million from Delma Properties in late 2017.
