CBRE|Richmond Appoints SVP, Capital Markets
As senior vice president, Vaughan will focus on the acquisition and disposition of investment properties, while also offering customers capital market solutions.
Richmond—CBRE|Richmond announced that Alan Vaughan has joined the company as senior vice president, Capital Markets. In his new role, Vaughan will focus on the acquisition and disposition of investment properties, at the same time serving customers by providing capital market solutions.
Vaughan brings 20 years of investment banking experience to the job. Prior to joining the Richmond CBRE office, he spent 16 years with Davenport & Co. as first vice president, corporate finance, catering to the needs of private and public companies by providing diversified financial advisory services.
Vaughan is a member of the Urban Land Institute and the Greater Richmond Association for Commercial Real Estate (GRACRE). He holds a BA from Cornell University, an MBA from University of Richmond’s Robins School of Business and a JD from same university’s School of Law.
“Alan’s past experience in investment banking and deep knowledge of the markets will be an undeniable asset to his clients,” Joe Marchetti, managing director of CBRE|Richmond, said in a prepared statement.
