A joint venture between CBRE Global Investors and North American Properties sold the Atlantic Town Center. Hines acquired the 586,000-square-foot asset on behalf of an institutional investor, in a transaction brokered by Parker, Hudson, Rainer & Dobbs LLP.

The property anchors the Atlantic Station mixed-use development, situated on the former Atlantic Steel site. The location is also home to three Class A office towers, several multifamily communities, a full-service hotel and freestanding Ikea, Target, and Dillard’s stores.

The Parker Hudson team was led by Kenneth H. Kraft and J.P. Fougerousse. “This was an extraordinarily complex, multi-layered transaction involving an iconic Atlanta property,” Kraft said. “We are honored that the CBREGI/NAP venture turned to our firm for counsel on this marquee transaction.”
