CDP Capital Signs On Avenue of the Americas

New York—CDP Capital US Inc. has leased 19,066 square feet at 1211 Avenue of the Americas according to owners Ivanhoé Cambridge and Callahan Capital Properties, along with their partner, an affiliate of Beacon Capital Partners.

The 9173-built asset is a 44-story, two million-square-foot, Class A office tower located in the heart of Midtown Manhattan. The building has direct access to the Rockefeller Center Concourse amenities and subway. Grand Central Terminal, Port Authority Bus Terminal and Penn Station are within walking distance and an on-site direct subway connection links commuters to the entire metropolitan area.

CDP Capital will house its New York operation on the 30th floor of the LEED Silver certified and Energy Star designated asset. Other notable tenants in the building include News Corp., 21st Century Fox, Ropes & Gray L.L.P., Nordea and Axis Reinsurance.

Cushman & Wakefield’s Josh Kuriloff, Mitchell Arkin, and Ethan Silverstein represented the ownership in direct negotiations with CDP Capital.
