Chad Albert Moves Up the Ladder at NAI Robert Lynn
Chad Albert's new position at NAI Robert Lynn makes him the youngest principal at the company.
Dallas—NAI Robert Lynn has announced the promotion of Chad Albert, SIOR, to principal, making him the youngest principal at NAI Robert Lynn.
Albert joined NAI Robert Lynn straight out of college as an industrial broker in August 2008. After two years as an associate and two years as a market director, he was promoted to vice president in 2012 and executive vice president in 2013.
Over Albert’s eight-year tenure, he and his partner, Mark Miller, have been NAI Robert Lynn’s top-producing team, serving more than 450 clients in North Dallas, Farmers Branch and Carrollton. Albert’s most notable transactions include the sale of one of DFW’s largest auto dealerships, as well as a 500,000-square-foot office/warehouse. He has also represented several investors on multi-building warehouse sale acquisitions in DFW.
“Since joining the NAI Robert Lynn team, Chad has shown exceptional work ethic and unparalleled knowledge to quickly become one of the top industrial brokers in the metroplex,” Mark Miller, NAI Robert Lynn president, said in prepared remarks. “He is a great example, an essential part of our team and we look forward to him taking a leadership position.”
Albert earned his Bachelor of Science in kinesiology, sports marketing and management with a minor in business management at Indiana University.
