National law firm Chamberlain Hrdlicka announced the long-term extension and expansion of its office lease at Weston Centre, located at 112 Pecan St., in downtown San Antonio.
The company’s San Antonio office opened in 2011 and has experienced major growth in the last few years. Since January 2016, the firm has more than tripled its footprint, growing from five to 15 attorneys and expanding its ERISA and Employee Benefits, Tax Exempt Organizations, Tax Planning and Tax Controversy practices. Consequently, Chamberlain Hrdlicka is not only extending, but also expanding its lease at Weston Centre, adding offices and a conference center.

Bradley Fulkerson and Larry Mendez with Transwestern represented Chamberlain Hrdlicka in the transaction and Hayley Ruggles and David Held of Endura Advisory Group represented Santa Clara Land Co. Ltd. Under the terms of the new lease, Chamberlain Hrdlicka will take the majority of the 14th floor of Weston Centre and extend its commitment to the location through 2025. Inside Architects’ Tara Mitchell is the lead architect for the expansion and renovation of the office.
“Our decision to remain in this iconic building located on the city’s renowned Riverwalk, coupled with our investment to renovate and expand our office space, reflects Chamberlain Hrdlicka’s excitement and dedication to our continued grow in San Antonio,” Chad Muller, shareholder in Chamberlain Hrdlicka’s San Antonio office, said in prepared remarks.
