Charles Dunn Welcomes 40-Year Veteran

Craig Stevens, Charles Dunn Co.’s new senior managing director

Los Angeles—Charles Dunn Co. expands its investment sales expertise in L.A. with the naming of Craig Stevens as senior managing director. He is joined by his son, Clay Stevens, who will serve as director.

Holding more than four decades of experience, Craig Stevens specializes in representing investors in the acquisition and disposition of commercial real estate in Southern California. Prior to joining Charles Dunn, he served Madison Partners as senior vice president. There, he represented Fortune 500 companies, as well as family trusts and entrepreneurial firms. Until now, Stevens has completed transactions valued at more than $6 billion.

“For several decades, Craig has been a leader in our industry, advising commercial real estate investors of all sizes with all property types and in all submarkets of Southern California. We will continue to look to hire premier brokers who fit the Charles Dunn Co. culture,” said David Pinsel, president of Charles Dunn Co., in prepared remarks.

Stevens is a member of BOMA and NAIOP, as well as of the Variety Club of California and the Jonathan Club.
