Financial services provider Charles Schwab has opened its new 469,000-square-foot, two-building Austin campus at Gracy Farms. Later this summer, an additional office building, complete with its own parking structure, is scheduled to break ground.
The new 50-acre campus is situated at 2309 Gracy Farms Lane, across the MetroRail tracks from the IBM Broadmoor Campus. It consists of two five-story office buildings, an amenities center and a parking garage. The complex was designed as an open, collaborative and sustainable workspace where, for now, some 1,900 of Schwab’s Austin employees are housed. The space can accommodate future expansions. Currently, Schwab has about 3,100 employees working in Texas.

We are always looking for people who are passionate about building a career with meaning and making an impact on people’s lives, and Austin is a great place to find those kinds of talented, purpose-driven people.”
