Cleveland Clinic, Rendina JV Breaks Ground on Coral Springs Facility
The two entities will develop the 72,000-square-foot Family Health Center in a joint venture. The facility is expected to open next year.

Rendina Healthcare Real Estate and Cleveland Clinic broke ground on the 72,000-square-foot Family Health Center in Coral Springs, Fla. The two entities will develop the $32 million facility, which is expected to open in 2018, through a joint venture.
The three-story building will be fully occupied by Cleveland Clinic and will feature clinical space, diagnostic imaging and an ambulatory surgery center. Located at 5701 N. University Drive on a 5.3-acre site, at the intersection of University Drive and Sawgrass Expressway, the property is near Magnolia Shoppes retail center.
Cleveland Clinic Florida has 255 physicians in eight locations in Florida. Rendina has developed more than 7.5 million square feet of real estate throughout the U.S.
