Cohen Asset Management has acquired Tolleson Logistics Center, a 329,000-square-foot Class A industrial building in Tolleson, Ariz. Cushman & Wakefield arranged the transaction on behalf of the seller, Trammell Crow Co. The facility is 100 percent long-term leased to two international companies.

Located at 200 N. 99th Ave., in the Southwest Valley industrial submarket, Tolleson Logistics Center is alongside Interstate 10 and near Interstate 17, and freeways 101 and 60. Additionally, the facility is roughly 13 miles from downtown Phoenix and around 17 miles from the Sky Harbor International Airport.

Completed in 2018, the building occupies 22.2 acres and features three points of ingress and egress with dedicated truck queuing lanes, 36 foot clear height, cross-dock loading with concrete truck courts, an ESFR sprinkler system, heavy trailer parking and automatic truck court gates.

Executive Managing Director Will Strong at Cushman & Wakefield arranged the deal. Earlier this month, Trammell Crow, in partnership with Diamond Realty Investments, secured funding for an industrial project along the Interstate 95 corridor in Baltimore, Md.
