San Diego—Colliers International closed on the $3.3 million sale of 801-809 Seacoast Drive and 111-113 Daisy Ave., a retail and residential mixed-use building located in Imperial Beach, San Diego.
Joe Brady and Bill Shrader of Colliers worked on behalf of the sellers, Palmer Living Trust and Shelly Palmer. The buyer, Somo Family Revocable Trust, was represented by Mike Hanna of Lee & Associates.
The 5,562-square-foot property is located in a high-density residential and retail area, across from Dunes Park and Beach. 801-809 Seacoast Drive features four commercial suites and 111-113 Daisy Ave. includes two residential units, both properties being fully leased at the time of the sale.
“Over the last decade, Imperial Beach has implemented many improvements to the commercial corridor along Seacoast Drive that will enhance future development while keeping the small beach town feel,” Brady said in prepared remarks.
