Colliers Names New EVP

Christopher Bentley

Las Vegas—Colliers International has announced the appointment of Christopher Bentley as EVP for the company’s multifamily division.

A member of various local multi-housing groups, Bentley was part of the founding board for the Southern Nevada Multi-Housing Association, in addition to being a charter member for the association’s political action committee. He also served as president of Nevada Apartment Association and chairman of the membership committee of the Executive Board of the Lied Institute of Real Estate Studies.

Prior to joining Colliers, Bentley was the principal of Bentley Group Real Estate Advisors. In that role, he was responsible for the group’s business development activity and day-to-day operations for almost 13 years. He led the company to specialize in investment real estate brokerage services. Now, it’s considered one of the top-producing multifamily investment brokers in Southern Nevada.

Before founding The Bentley Group Real Estate Advisors in 2004, he served as director of the National Multi-Housing Group for Marcus & Millichap, where he was named the top-producing agent in the company’s Las Vegas office for several years.
