Conor Commercial Real Estate, the developer of Pacific Commons Industrial Center, together with Kensington Realty Advisors, has delivered North Avenue Commerce Center, a 265,550-square-foot industrial facility in Winfield, Ill. The project, which represents the largest commercial development in Winfield’s history, is estimated to create nearly 200 warehouse distribution jobs with an additional 80 office positions, according to Ray Kinney, chairman of the Choose DuPage Marketing Committee.

North Avenue Commerce Center is located on a 17-acre site, on the southwest corner of North Avenue and Morton Road. The warehouse features 32-foot clear heights, 56 exterior docks and four drive-in doors. The structure is divisible to 60,000 square feet, featuring customizable office space. The property has 12 trailer parking stalls and provides on-site parking for 228 vehicles.

The facility can be accessed from State Route 64 and also from Interstate 355 and the Interstate 390 expansion project, which are approximately 6 miles away. The distance to O’Hare International Airport is 20 miles.

The project’s development team included McShane Construction Co. as the general contractor and Ware Malcomb, which provided architectural services. NAI Hiffman will lead the leasing efforts.
