Courtyard by Marriott opened the Courtyard by Marriott Appleton Riverfront, its newest hotel in Appleton, Wisc. The hotel will operate as a Marriott franchise, owned by RiverHeath Hospitality and managed by Interstate Hotels and Resorts.

The Courtyard by Marriott Appleton Riverfront offers close access to the Appleton Performing Arts Center, the Fox Cities Convention and Visitors Bureau, Fox River Mall and the Green Bay Packers Stadium and Hall of Fame. 

For Today’s Traveler 

Located at 101 South Riverheath Way, the 97-key hotel features rooms with hybrid zones for work, sleep and relaxation. Amenities include:

  • media pods and free Wi-Fi
  • variety of seating areas
  • 1,150 square feet of meeting space
  • fitness center
  • outdoor patio with fire pits
  • views of the Fox River
  • business library
  • guest recycling program
  • a bistro

In addition to the Courtyard by Marriott Appleton Riverfront, Interstate was also recently tapped to manage the Hyatt Regency Sarasota in Florida.
