Crawford & Co. to Relocate to Atlanta Suburb
TPA Group negotiated $13.7 million refinance loan for Crawford & Co.’s new corporate headquarters in Peachtree Corners, Ga. The 109,172-square-foot facility will undergo a renovation process that includes rebuilding the lobby, updating the workspace layout and adding additional parking.

TPA Group secured a $13.7 million refinance loan from SunTrust Commercial Real Estate for Crawford & Co.’s new corporate headquarters in Peachtree Corners, Ga. The company is expected to relocate in November from 1001 Summit Blvd. in Atlanta, where it occupies approximately 150,000 square feet of office space. The move will bring 500 jobs to the northern suburb of Atlanta.
Located at 5335 Triangle Parkway, the five-story, 109,172-square-foot facility will undergo a renovation process that includes rebuilding the lobby, updating the workspace layout and adding additional parking to the 437 spaces currently available. Originally completed in 1989, the Class A office building was completely renovated in 2003.
According to Yardi Matrix data, TPA Group acquired the property in July 2014 from U.S. Bank for $5.9 million. The transaction was subject to a five-year term $7 million loan from State Bank & Trust Co.
