Village Workspaces is opening its latest creative and collaborative space in West Los Angeles on Feb. 1, designed to connect entrepreneurs and create new growth opportunities for their businesses.
Located on the 11th floor of 11845 West Olympic Blvd., the 14,000-square-foot, co-working space offers unprecedented amenities to help brands of all sizes be more successful.
“What’s wonderful about this property is its location. It’s right in the heart of the new media district on the west side of L.A.,” Oliver Barry, a co-founder of Village Workspaces, told CPE. “Over the road is the new Metro station and it’s minutes from the freeway.”
The space offers large office layouts, sprawling event spaces, and in-house event planning to investor incubators and networking roundtables. According to Barry, Village Workspaces is the next generation of co-working for the most visionary game-changers in entertainment, marketing, and technology.
“We’re building out the most spectacular designed space. We’ve knocked down the 11th floor and have complete unencumbered views,” Barry said. “On one side across the ocean you can see Catalina all the way over to the Santa Monica mountains and then on the other side, you can see the Hollywood sign.”
Amenities include sweeping ocean and Hollywood views, an in-house event coordinator, investor incubators with local hedge fund managers, a smoothie bar, plus 2,000 square feet of gratis event space and 600 square feet of multi-purpose rooms for workshops, photo shoots and wellness classes.
Included at the L.A. location is Village Workspaces’ Wellness at Work program, which includes everything from design and ergonomics, to culture, food and service offerings by its Chief Happiness Officer and international well-being expert Sophie Keller.
“Our vision is to offer an elevated co-working concept that feeds creativity and collaboration, with an unprecedented offering of high-end concierge amenities at competitive rates,” Barry said. “It’s a beautiful property. This offers more people the chance to work in a much more effective, nicer way.”
