Cushman & Wakefield Grows Phoenix Team
Keith Lambeth rejoins the company after having worked with Colliers International and CBRE. The firm also appointed Liz Collins from JLL and Patrick Schrimsher from Cushman & Wakefield’s research department.
Cushman & Wakefield has appointed Keith Lambeth as executive managing director at the company’s Phoenix office group. In his new position, Lambeth will be partnering with Jerry Noble and Greg Mayer, senior directors.
Prior to being appointed, Lambeth worked with Colliers International, CBRE and Cushman & Wakefield, holding more than 30 years of commercial real estate experience under his belt. In his new role, he will be focusing on land acquisitions, build-to-suits and investment purchases and dispositions.
Additionally, Liz Collins also joined the team from JLL and Patrick Schrimsher was transferred from Cushman & Wakefield’s research department. Schrimsher will be responsible for the leasing and marketing of the team’s listings, including lease transactions and analysis. He will also monitor tenant activity and market trends. Collins will specialize on supporting the team and clients, by assisting in leasing and sales transactions, as well as all marketing materials, projects and business development activities.
