Miami—Cushman & Wakefield has recently negotiated a full-floor lease with Zarco Einhorn Salkowski & Brito, P.A (ZESB) at One Biscayne Tower in downtown Miami. The total space equates to 26,186 square feet.
Cushman and Wakefield’s Vice Chairman Brian Gale and Managing Director Andrew Trench represented L&B Institutional Fund, the building owner, in securing the 15-year lease valued at more than $18 million. Brent Palmer and Sharon Ellis of Palmer Property Group, together with Zelda Zarco, represented ZESB.
“Relocating to One Biscayne Tower provides Zarco Einhorn Salkowski & Brito, P.A with the opportunity to create first-class office space in a great location with an incredible Bay view at attractive lease terms,” said Palmer in prepared remarks.
ZESB leased the entire 34th floor of One Biscayne Tower and plans to fully renovate the space before taking occupancy in mid-2017. Interiors will be re-designed by Steven G and GiGi Alvarez Studios.
“This state-of-the-art space will incorporate the latest design elements, technology and amenities, exemplifying the firm’s focus on looking into the future when serving their local, national and international clients,” added Ellis.
One Biscayne Tower is located in the heart of Miami’s business district, overlooking Biscayne Bay and Bayfront Park. The property is within walking distance of courthouses, hotels, restaurants, high-end retailers and entertainment options. Other tenants at the tower include FTI Consulting, which signed a 17,000-square-foot lease in March 2015.
