CushWake Promotes Lisa Pittman
Lisa Pittman will work alongside Lawrence Gellerstedt, running the firm’s occupier services group and leading the growth of the company’s Atlanta platform with increased expertise across different geographies and industry verticals.
Cushman & Wakefield promoted Lisa Pittman to industrial tenant representation lead to oversee the company’s Atlanta industrial tenant representation practice. She will work alongside Lawrence Gellerstedt running the firm’s occupier services group. Pittman and Gellerstedt will be leading the growth of Cushman & Wakefield’s Atlanta platform with increased expertise across geographies and industry verticals.
“Industrial real estate continues to grow more complex as end users determine how to optimize their network and supply chain. It is our intention to create an innovative and collaborative environment among the office and industrial tenant representation groups that allow us to better meet our clients’ needs,” Pittman said in a prepared statement.

Pittman joined the company in 2004 as a research associate and before becoming a full partner. Besides her new leadership responsibilities, Pittman and Stache will continue overseeing national and international companies with all aspects of real estate requirements, including disposition of assets, site location and new-facility development.

Atlanta is a top-five industrial market in North America, and Lisa will help guide our industrial brokerage practice to capitalize on the tremendous growth in the region,” John O’Neill, managing principal of Cushman & Wakefield’s Atlanta office, said in prepared remarks.
