C&W Appoints New Executive Director

Following John Zintak and Robin Pearson‘s appointment in Atlanta, Tom O’Regan has joined Cushman & Wakefield’s Downtown Boston leasing team as an executive director.

Industry veteran 

A 20-year veteran of commercial real estate, O’Regan most recently served as managing director at JLL, where he specialized in representing tenants, owners and investors in their real estate planning, analysis and implementation in downtown Boston. He also worked for Richards Barry Joyce Partners between 2004 and 2009 as executive director. O’Regan started his career as a director at Cushman & Wakefield.

“Tom is a seasoned real estate professional with a reputation of delivering results. He brings an impressive amount of experience working with many high-profile projects and established companies within Greater Boston,” Cushman & Wakefield Executive Vice Chair & Manager Joe Fallon said in a prepared statement.

O’Regan holds a B.A. in Management from Boston University.  He is involved in numerous organizations including the Greater Boston Real Estate Board, Commercial Brokers Association, Boston University’s Student Village Fundraising Committee and several youth sports organizations.
