C&W Lands Management Rights to 2.4 MSF in Florida
The buildings comprise a mix of office, retail, industrial and flex space across 16 sites.

Orlando, Fla.—Cushman & Wakefield’s Florida asset services group has secured the management rights to 33 buildings throughout Central Florida. Totaling 2.4 million square feet, the buildings comprise a mix of office, retail, industrial and flex space across 16 sites.
The company will be managing the Beachline Distribution Center and Crossroads Business Park, 3785 Bryn Mawr St. and 4500 Seaboard Road in Orlando; the Benjamin Distribution Center and Thompson Center I & II, Northdale I & II and the Benjamin Centers VII & IX in Tampa; Konica Minolta in St. Petersburg; Interchange Center East in Riverview; 202 Lake Miriam Drive in Lakeland and the Largo Retail Shoppes in Largo.
“Cushman & Wakefield has made a concerted effort to aggressively grow its asset services platform in the state of Florida,” said Tim Rivers, senior managing director of asset services in Florida, in prepared remarks. “We’ve been able to increase our footprint significantly via merger, acquisition and dogged business development efforts.”
