C&W Taps New Managing Director in West Palm Beach

The newest addition to the company’s team brings a decade of commercial brokerage experience to the table.

Cushman & Wakefield has welcomed Anthony Librizzi as managing director of commercial brokerage in the company’s West Palm Beach, Fla. office. In this new position, Librizzi will assume a leading role with an office leasing group that includes Palm Beach County Managing Principal Mark Pateman, directors Tara England, Kevin Landers and Michael Feldman, Senior Associate Michael Osiecki and Associate Merritt Etner.

Prior to joining C&W’s team, Librizzi spent nine years at CBRE serving as senior vice president, where he focused on assisting office landlords and tenants in the West and North Palm Beach region and along the Treasure Coast. Librizzi’s brokerage experience also includes two years at Applefield Waxman Commercial Real Estate.

Librizzi represented prominent tenants in the South Florida area, including American Express, TD Bank, AT&T, and built strong relationships with investors and landlords such as RedSky Capital, AEW Capital and Lexington Realty Trust. He has led leasing efforts for a portfolio of more than 1.7 million square feet of office space throughout Palm Beach County.

“He brings excellent relationships, depth of experience and a thorough understanding of the Palm Beach County office market.” said Pateman in prepared remarks.

Librizzi holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Florida State University and is a member of NAIOP, PGA Corridor Association, the Palm Beach County Business Development Board and the Northern Palm Beach County Chamber of Commerce.
