C&W to Lease and Manage Two Williamsburg Retail Centers
The two properties are in well circulated areas with high household income.

Hampton Roads, Va.—Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer has been appointed by KCE Properties as exclusive agent and property manager for two retail centers in the Hampton Roads metro area. The team handling the leasing consists of Drew Haynie and Wick Smith, while Juli Corbett and Joann Gasking, also with Thalhimer, will act as portfolio managers for Marketplace at Kingsmill and Old Town Square respectively.
Marketplace at Kingsmill is a 25,358-square-foot retail center located at 240 McLaws Circle in Kingsmill. Situated on a four-acre site, the property is anchored by Starbucks, Subway, Sportsmans Grille and Fine Cutz Barbershop. The asset has a direct exit off Humelsine Parkway and in close proximity to major tourist attractions such as the 127-acre The Marquis at Williamsburg power center. Marketplace at Kingsmill is located in an area with an average household income of $88,018.
Old Town Square, a 26,618-square-foot center located at 4854 Longhill Road and Olde Towne Road in Williamsburg, has a tenant roster that includes names such as Tuscany Restaurant, Sunrise Food Mart and Daddyo’s Pizza & Panini. The center is located in the highest per capita income area in Williamsburg and in close proximity to Ford’s Colony, a Four Star golf community.
